For a Loan

Pre-qualification on a real estate investment loan lets us both know what kind of real estate financing program you are qualified for. This process applies to all loan types.

Prepare your Pre‑Qualification Documents, including:

  • Loan Application
  • One form of Government Issued Photo ID
  • Financial and Bank Statements (Most Recent 60 Days)
  • Purchase Contract
  • Details of your renovation plan

After Pre-qualification

Perform an initial value report on the subject property to ensure the ARV and the repair budget align with the purchase price

Submit Complete Loan Application:

  • Pre-Authorize payment for appraisal or BPO
  • Have appraisal/BPO performed on property to confirm valuation
  • Provide Repair Budget with line item repairs or contractor estimate
  • Receive Appraisal
  • Upon Loan approval, sign full disclosure of terms and conditions.
  • Sign the Loan Agreement.
  • Schedule closing/signing with title company
  • MainStreet Funds the loan, you get to work!
